The candidate search engine for blue collar recruiting.

Bluestaff indexes licensed tradespeople straight from primary source state registers, so recruiters can find qualified, verifiable candidates that general purpose databases never had.

• Verified at the source

Every candidate ties back to a live licence record held by the issuing state authority, not to a profile someone wrote about themselves.

• Built for the trades

Electricians, plumbers, HVAC and the other licensed trades that the big databases treat as an afterthought, searchable by licence, tier and place.

• Refreshed daily

State registers change every day. New licences, lapsed licences and people who moved show up as they happen, not months later.
